find a new ortho, make consultations with other orthos who are much better, etc

local orthos are a big gamble for anything

it’s better to just do your own research and look for the ones who are actual masters at the craft

i went to this jew cuz he has the most and best ratings but tbh im not even that happy with the end result especially not my bite

its the fucking retainers that fucked up my bite cuz i grind in my sleep so it pushes my molars into my gums causing posterior open bite

i need to get some hybrid retainer that stops rear teeth from touching while keeping my shit straight because im not trying to get botox in my masseters
