After topuria got beaten, the amount of khabib glaze has tripled with this stupid "how good was khabib" bullshit. To show that he beat gaethje who beat topuria so that makes him better than topuria. That's obviously not how it works jfl. By this same logic how good was Olivera or max who beat gaethje, who themselves lost to topuria so oh wait topuria goat again? See how dumb this logic is. The logical conclusion for anyone with a brain after this fight is to realize that if topuria would've retired before fighting gaethje he'd have been seen as the goat and no one would've thought he'd lose to someone like Justin. Which proves the already known thing about how styles dictate a fight and about how everyone can los with a bad game plan, bad day, a hit that changes the fight, etc. If anything it lessens khabibs goat status, he retired without being challenged really, we never saw him against Olivera, arman, max. He fought three named fighters the rest all nobodies and cans, and none of them are elite level, great sure but not elite. It just shows that longevity is the most important thing in a goat discussion as the goat should be someone who dominated a division for so long and fought different styles. This is why gsp is the ww goat, silva the middle weight goat, Jones the lh weight goat.
