So many weird dreams lately

Since the start of May I've had nonstop weird dreams

Last night I had a dream where I was being continuously shamed for my height and got LL surgery???

Last week I had a dream where I killed 3 kids (for some reason??)

3 weeks ago I crashed a car and died

HOW do I stop these type of dreams; I keep waking up covered in sweat and panicking, they're really freaking me out

my dreams have really realistic as of recently
