why would it become worse but it looks like a slight hump maybe i can make the bone sist back like how people make the arm bone sit back when their arm is broken
because there is no room for your nasal bone to move back to, when doctors perform fracture reduction which is the procedure you described they move a bone back into its place not anywhere it hadnt beed before

can i lie and say i broke my nose and show a photoshop of myself with a straight nose
bro like a mentioned do some research before lol

I'm pretty sure the analysis is done by a registered doctor before it goes to your insurance.

also, be careful since you can actually be accused of fraud JFL

ofc they'll most likely do an X-Ray or some shit like that.

Insurance companies are here to make money, they're not dumbasses lol

Hitting is not gonna solve your issue at all. Rhino is your best option. Its a simple chatgpt search to find out all possible reasons that insurance would cover a rhino in germany. Next time use ur goddamn head lol. Anyways here is the list:
  1. Measurable breathing impairment (medically confirmed)

This is the most important reason.
The surgery is covered if your nasal airflow is objectively reduced and does not improve with medication (e.g., corticosteroid spray).

What the insurance requires:

ENT findings
– Deviated septum
– Enlarged turbinates (hypertrophy)
– Narrowed internal nasal valve

Objective tests
– Rhinomanometry
– Endoscopy

Therapy attempt
– Steroid spray for 4–12 weeks without sufficient improvement

If the shape of the nose must be corrected to improve breathing, it counts as a functional rhinoplasty → full coverage is possible.

  1. Trauma / injury-related deformities

After an accident or impact, if the nose is:

– Healed crooked
– Collapsed
– Blocking the airway

→ full cost coverage is very likely.

Needed documents:

– Accident report
– Emergency room medical records
– X-ray / CT scan

  1. Congenital deformities

Examples:

– Cleft lip/palate
– Asymmetric or missing nasal structures
– Severe bony deformities

→ almost always covered.

  1. Postoperative problems from a previous surgery

If you already had nasal surgery (e.g., septoplasty) and:

– Your breathing got worse
– Functional structures were damaged

→ a revision rhinoplasty can be fully covered.

  1. Chronic symptoms clearly caused by the nose

Only valid if objectively proven:

– Recurrent chronic sinusitis due to narrowed nasal passages
– Nasal valve collapse during inhalation
– Sleep issues (apnea) if clearly nasal in origin

Important: It must be confirmed by an ENT doctor and must be something surgery can realistically fix.

If any of these fit to you you get a free rhino. Otherwise wait till your 18.
