About 8 months ago I started to take primal diet more seriously (till this day not 100% on primal diet). Been going to the gym for a while now, about 2 years. When I starded the only thing in mind was to get my protein in (about 120g). Ate all the slop that had even a little bit of protein in it. Thanks to that I was bloated 24/7. I noticed the early primal diets about more than a year ago. Didnt really pay attention to it but about 8 monts ago started to experiment with it. Mostly ate good quality beef, raw milks, raw dairy, eggs and ectcut out almost all gluten. For carbs I ate mostly fruits and sugar foods (mostly few ingredient’s candys). Biggest change was cutting out all forms of seed oils to a to a near zero. Thru out my day I ate 1-2 meals a day. The food itself ( for example steaks) started to taste better each time and mentally stopped craving slop less and less.
This was me 8 moths ago on full slop diets.
I lost 15kg in the span of 8 months. Going from 95kg-80kg. Iwent to the gym 4-5 times a week. Started to maximize my sleep ( although by taking shitloads of melatonin). So in conclusion I lost a lot of weight and kept almost 100% of my muscle mass by eating healthy. Of course I ate some slop there and then. But at most times ( for example at work) when there was some kind of a deep fried sludge for lunch I just skipped it. I still eat normalized meals that are found in most family households on weekly basis but mostly try to keep it healthy. Dont “dine” out in places like mcdonalds anymore or anyother fastfood places wich contain deeply processed foods. When said primal diet I didnt mean that im eating raw sheeps brain for dinner just the fact that processed meats and other sludge are off the table.
