Well from my exp height is not so important, I am 6'4, I wear leather boots (frauds me to 6'5-6'6), based on rates here and exp irl I can assume that I am slightly above avg facially, but I never had a gf. Although mb it is bcs I am an antisocial ND that doesn't know how to talk to gals and rejecting the ones that come up to me and almost never goes out, but I still wouldn't say height or frame matter so much.

Saw a lot of short guys irl had gfs, intercourses and success in clubs, I think it mostly abt how u talk and communicate and make the gal feel rather than how tall u are.
