So sad story of my chud best friend

As we were coming from school together, we stopped at some shop, I went in, and my friend was with the bikes, and then from laughing group of girls in the shop, one came up to my friend outside the shop and nearly crying from laugh asked him for a number. Then he just said that he can give it, but she just walked away. Later he told me that, it's genuily so sad, I may have good side and other things girls may like, but he doesn't have anything, he's just boneless asf. He told me later on that he's wondering if they evens see him as a human being, what am I even supposed to tell him?
