so i've been softmaxxing for a while now here is what i found works, this is only my opinion.

God tier:
Losing weight/leanmaxxing

S+ tier
exposure therapy (NT-maxxing / Positive mindset / low inhib maxxing / basedmaxxing)
beardmaxxing/hairmaxxing if youre norwood

S tier
natural bodybuilding
nude sun bathing
ray peat-maxxing / thyroid-maxxing (and just getting your hormones androgen/estrogen levels in check)
not eating junkfood/goyslop
posturemaxxing/stretching/chintucks
taking showers

A tier (works)
nose breathing
foreskin stretching if youre uncircumcised
dickgirthmaxxing with a cock ring

B tier (works)
neck training
stomach vacuums
mouth taping for no mouth breathing during sleep

C tier (might not work)
mastic gum chewing

F tier (does not work / too much effort / not worth the time)
dick lenghtening / jelqing
mewing / Tongue posture

smoking cig / cigars

Yea pretty good. I don't think mewing is F tier though, some people have gotten srs facial changes and in any case it's good for forcing nose breathing and it makes me feel like i'm breathing better. but it def takes time and effort to make it feel easy and natural

Idk man I think chewing can make serious changes unless my jaw just got way wider for some other reason
