before this he did agga and yes, look at the mid section of his face, it is wider. zygos more pronounced.

I cant see a difference in zygos. It just looks like he stopped flexing his masseter, or the hypertrophy went down. Thats why his face looks more balanced, and gives the illusion of more cheekbones in the after picture.

MSE produces underwhelming results, this isnt a ground breaking discovery

MSE was first essentially found by the mewing community who wanted a wider palate so they could have more tongue space and get better mewing results in the end

It eventually was posted here and autists started theorising that it can be a PSL saviour

Thats not a proper picture. Reminds me of strange mewing transformations with differenct light and surroundings.
If this before and after picture is the only and best evidence to start a expensive treatment, its very obscure.

i would advocate it if you have a naroow palate/crossbite which is a functional issue, aside from the ogee curvve you cannoy really tell much difference. I read that its superior to SARPE.Sou if you got the money to do it and have a functional issue go with it.
