How am I supposed to do it?
not too large of a calorie deficit, balanced diet, i.e. not excessively avoiding carbs or any particular nutrient, make your meals more filling, patience

Just do OMAD with alot of protein and try to stay under 700-1000kcal, drink shit ton of water and take supplements. Works for me

Also watermelon is good since you can eat 2.5kg lol, really fills you up

cant sleep when carbs drop

how tf are you tired? I am substantially more tired when bulking, after every meal
