I mean at least one surgery with a result that can somehow improve the eye area, I heard about one dude who did OBO, but I think the results were terrible, and he started ignoring all people on this forum

Because eye procedures are invasive and carry a lot more inherent risks, especially when you start cutting into the orbital bone.
