Minimal effect if you're the luckiest chap alive. The idea it's a topical nosejob is insane. At best, it reduces temporary skin inflammation. No change in cartilage, fat, or nasal bone structure.

Corticosteroids are used in rhino, but only injected triamcinolone, you might know it as kenalog; it's a much stronger steroid. This is also done awfully carefully to avoid thinning the skin.

Topical hydrocortisone? Way too weak to do fuck all, son.
