Soap is unnatural, I only use water to wash my hands. Same goes for showering, only use water. Soap is very basic and increases the pH on your skin, not to mention all the unnatural ingredients. You are looksminning and healthminning yourself by using soap or shampoo and the like. Even constant hand washing and showers dries out your skin but it’s much better than using products.
