Honestly there are so many times where I wish that I was ND enough to just be utterly oblivious with no awareness because then I wouldn’t have a reason to be so afraid of other people. Just the thought of talking to someone literally sends me into a cold sweat because of how many negative experiences I had over the years.

And it only gets worse and worse the more I listen to it and stay alone. I get even more incompetent and weird the longer I give in to the anxiety and isolate myself, which makes it so that whenever I speak to someone they give me an even more negative reaction which feeds the anxiety even more.

Honestly don’t see a way out at this point, it’s haunted me for like 10 years since I was in 3rd grade and just grown into this bigger and bigger monster. Now it’s overshadowed my entire identity and my entire life. I would rather avoid the discomfort of accidentally running into someone outside and having to interact with them than allow the potential upside.

I do that too

Everything is a butterfly effect

If I made even one different decision it might’ve changed everything

Yes, I get that feeling; I've been anxiety-ridden my whole life. Not to the point where it's an extreme interference day to day. But it's still noticeable and has affected my decision-making (mostly for the worse).
And it only gets worse and worse the more I listen to it and stay alone. I get even more incompetent and weird the longer I give in to the anxiety and isolate myself, which makes it so that whenever I speak to someone they give me an even more negative reaction which feeds the anxiety even more.
It's just a cycle, man, not saying it's impossible to break. But the root cause being anxiety is not something that just ends.

I mean, there are approaches, but I don't know the best natural remedies, though.

Same, I want to help you, but I'm not in a much better place.

hey dood Imma be straight up with you. I know it sounds stupid but you gotta let it go. I don't have social anxiety but I get anxious if im the center of attention or feel like im being stared at so its related but not what your dealing with. I love having interactions with people even if they're a small how are you or something like a whatsup with random people. Just start with casual goodmornings or whats up when you greet someone or give a smile and nod when walking by someone like a teacher if your at school that you dont see often. I promise it'll get easier for you and you'll look forward to it. Next time you go buy something at a cashier be friendly ask them hey how are you. even if its just a simple "i've been doing alright, you?" or something you did it. who cares what people think when you talk to them. im tellin you it'll get way easier and you'll enjoy those moments. I hope everythings gets better for you bhai. much love :peepoLove::peepoLove:

I wish I was mtn+. I have braces on for my fucked up teeth, a horrendous side profile, eye bags 24/7 (i think something is recessed I could be wrong), terrible jawline, big forehead, and occasional acne. Im no where near mtn+ but I still do everything I said and haven't gotten any negative experiences once in my life from doing them. i even get asked if i work at places when wearing sweatpants and a t shirt or strangers ask me the price of the pizza at qt and make a comment about it being delicious. its like an aura you give off. idk how else to explain it but some people are more approachable and thinking this way is what makes you unapproachable. i promise bro just try it and you'll see.
