I get nervous very fast in difficult situations. For example a emotional discussion or even stronger arguments, would give me very fast heart beats and shorter breath. I just cant stay calm or focussed anymore. Back in school times, i was not able to stand in front of the class and do a presentation. I did not get enough breath, and was very nervous.
I really want to stay calm in stress situation, and dont want my whole body to get into panic everytime.
Also when i walk around alone in the city, i feel like people sitting are looking at me, and then i dont know where to look at.
Do i have some serious problems? What could i do?
