Yes I've been told Pregab helps a lot

In general though if you want to do it naturally it's just exposure therapy and frauding it

Im gonna try pregab, have u tried it before. Exposure therapy helps but it comes back

I haven't but I'm thinking of ordering soon if I can't get better at it soon

And yea definitely need to stay consistent with it which sucks when you have a low social battery
