When we think about social situations and interactions we think of this
This is a third person point of view.
When we watch movies we instantly notice the mistakes a character made when trying to persuade another side character
But that’s not what real life looks like.

Notice how we can’t see our own face and body.
This effect mixed with a high amygdala and low self esteem can destroy a person
My theory is that Chads and NT people have a third eye and can see themselves from a third person POV
this gives them an upper hand in social situation compared to autists who see the world from a First Person POV
My Solution to this problem is this
You can get Low Inhibit with this method
