Sometimes when people say "neurotypical" they just mean your level of sociability, not the way your brain is wired. I'm sure you know this. But yes, you're right. Social interactions won't cure your autism, and the lack of them won't turn you into an autist, obviously.

Exactly. I have forced myself to be social for many years now - always putting myself out there, being the first one to introduce myself to people, working jobs that were supposed to ascend my social skills etc., but I'm still a worthless cuck. God made my brain worthless by design.
