Social skills are very important for social status and for living a calm and peaceful life, so they should be maximized. The methods are:

METHOD 1:
PREGABALIN
Very fast-acting, but there is a problem with tolerance and dependence. Use only on special occasions, maximum 3 times per week.
Dose: 75–400 mg
Ideal dose: 100 mg
METHOD 2:
PROPRANOLOL — BETA BLOCKER
Reduces and eliminates physical symptoms of anxiety such as a rapid heartbeat, trembling or sweating hands, etc.
10–40 mg before events.
METHOD 3:
BACLOFEN
It can make you feel sedated and has effects similar to alcohol.
Dose: 50 mg
METHOD 4:
PHENIBUT
Powerfully reduces anxiety, but carries a significant risk of dependence and tolerance.
METHOD 5:
SELANK
