Social Media for creative account?

Hi there!
I see many ppl have their main social media, with their name_surname, but it's the creative account, where they post anything but their art. There is no face or any picture about em, but just drawing, or music, or art in general.

Is it a good idea to do this withing their original "name and surname" as nickname, or it would be a good idea to create a unique nickname for the art account?

This question arise because when you meet someone, that person might search you on social media, and it finds your art account.
THis mean that that person would be influenced thinking about you in the Art perspective, and not in your real person one..
