Social skills - What does this mean?

every time you see someone you know (as in had lunch with them maybe 5-10 times) they either

1. put their head down and pretend they didn't see you
2. look to the side and pretend they didn't see you
3. keep looking straight and pretend they didn't see you

or if they do acknowledge you its only when you said "hi" or "hello" first.

does it mean

1. they don't like you, and genuinely dislike you
2. they just don't want to be associated with you/think you are awkward?

had this happen to me with a LOT of people that I met at college and was wondering why that could be.

I don't think I was rude, or mean so leaning towards the second one

It means they don't want to talk to you as you're not a female. I do the same but I like a good chat, most people bore me so I do this

I feel like this is kind of bluepilled.

if someone is that boring, why not just say hi and move on, because otherwise youd be seen as rude which would be bad for your social status, but rather people make an active effort to not acknowledge you

Because even saying hi takes energy.
