It's important to be able to talk to strangers, find a group, etc., but the thing is even if you have that, to really feel good you have to feel connected to others. This is the difficult part, I still always feel like the third wheel, never fit in really, it makes me go crazy.
I don't know how to overcome this. Maybe I should follow Normie advice and talk to a therapist, but last time I was forced as a kid and hate therapists because of this experience. But I don't know anymore, I have to find a way to get my brain to feel connected, fucking brutal. The only explanation I have is my brain genetics and that my father never hugged me or said he's proud of me, I guess I need to reprogram my brain.
