Im school i got more confident but still lowk quiet and dont really talk to anyone in my class bc they are all fucking farmers and football boys but there is like 4 ppl that are lowk normal but i dont really get the chance to sit beside them bc of seating
i stuggle having convos theres bc my brain completely shuts off and i lowk get nervous for no fucking reason so what can i do to finally get to be a confident and stop being a loser

It’s hard especially if it’s something your not. But if you slowly work your way up try and get involve yourself in conversation but only if you know what they are talking about don’t just butt it make it natural. You have to act confident but try to not make it seem like you’re cocky and just try and make it natural. I’m not gonna lie though it’s definitely hard to make it seem natural and trying to not sounds stupid sometimes.

For me I didn’t speak with anyone till I joined a sport to get into a group and eventually expanded out because if you’re in one sport you talk with the other ones and it jsut goes from there, I’d say bro just don’t give a fuck, even after highschool I do regret just not giving a fuck more then I already did
