There will never be an income level high enough that motivates women to have kids, because the problem isn’t economic in nature, it’s biological. Sexually liberated women only want to have offsprings with a very small portion of the male population, which inevitably leads to population decline

It's not just lack of patriarchy or sexual liberation because if it was Asia or Latin America or Black Americans wouldn't be having that low birth rates.

It's something more sinister.

For one, our modern society has being indoctrinated into Malthusian eschatology whereby people think having multiple children is bad.

Another reason is materialism and consumerism where people think accumulating possessions is more important than having a happy family.

Also people becoming increasingly autistic and gradual destruction of family bonds. Families were close knit in the past and PDA between family members was normal. Not it's shamed. Look at Tom Brady and his kids.
