the only positive feedback they get from females is when the make a goofy beta face. Raising the eyebrows like that has the effect of making a man look less threatening.

I should've elaborated, I don't necessarily mean that face itself, I mean the whole person. Like men being extremely soy like this, typically liberal men who would never stand up for themselves.

Inactivity/playing on IPads instead of playing sports outside
Less sun
No/less social activity
Tighter underwear
