Caffeine pills mog. I start every day with 400 mg caffeine lol past 6+ years, sometimes another 100 mg. Costs almost nothing compared to energy drinks, coffee etc or whatever. That said I can have a Red Bull rarely when I feel like I want the caffeine + sugar boost.

it really helped, i feel nostalgia from those times
i use to have waffles and scrambled eggs and a cup of milk, then i would take fish oil and 200mg caffeine pills
