this is water to some, but some people still believe salty food is the reason for their bloat. i believed the same thing a few months back and got sick of eating boring as fuck foods, and then waking up bloated and swollen as fuck when i eat more sodium than usual. so i designated one week to up my salt intake, and i was bloated for like 3 days then it was subsiding and i was pissing like crazy all the water i had gained in the first few days. now i can enjoy salt every day and have stable amounts of water retention.
the only time i get bloat now, is if i eat dogshit foods, or more carbs than i burn. eat a consistently clean, high salt, moderate carb, and high potassium diet, and you'll look and feel hydrated without looking like a water balloon.
