Valporic acid would obviously be a better option, but how different is sodium butyrate? I’m only asking this because valporic acid can lead to health complications in the future.

I’ve been taking sodium butyrate at 800mg daily for the past week and I’m going to keep taking it for a couple months along with other supplements. I’ll keep you updated.

it’s been a minute I got a lot of info from that mentalcel dude on TikTok and he’s saying vpa is safe but he’s making money from people trying to buy it so he might not be 100% right on the safety part.
