Okay so i had pretty low sodium intake and high potassium from potatoes and shi over a past 2 months, also i was drinking 3 liters of water daily while being on creatine, althought i was on bulk i feel like my progress in the gym slowed down a bit, could this be bc of low sodium? any other electrolyte was good. Also i was feeling a bit tired during workouts. I know its kind of a dumb question bc it looks obv. I just wanna know how much sodium should i take, for the context im 70 kg 178 cm
