consistent high sodium intake is much healthier and will not cause water retention without severe fluctuations. High sodium diets are a lifemaxx for the follow reasons:

- zero good evidence linked to heart disease
- less transepidermal water loss
- cognitive function
- gym/physical performance
- vascularity
- allows you to consume significantly more caffeine, not only restoring electrolytes from diuresis but also naturesis inhibiting sodium chloride binding to the kidney
