ayo im 5'11 too nigga
only thing I do is wear lifts to fraud 6'1 but tbh nothing has changed for me when it comes to women
I also do stretchs sometimes

If you want to maximize natural growth just take care of nutrition sleep and hormones, there are ways to delay growth plates as well but I wouldn’t recommend and if you want to look for other methods look at my sig

take niacin + melatonin + vitamin d for aromatase inhibition (naturally)
sleep at least 9 hours a day (all dark environment)
eat a protein based strong diet
exercise/cardio and lose weight if necessary
glucosamine & msm + calcium
