just like lean out and eat clean and get sclera eye drops to whiten your eyes your scleras pretty dirty so you should get some lumify

You’re pretty jacked bro, def cut as much as u can. Get as lean as possible, eat cleaner and less processed shit, get lumify eyedrops for ur eyes, and try growing ur eyebrows/lashes more with minoxidil. Getting to a super low bf% will honestly make u look a lot better. U got a pretty good base ngl

Thank you for the recommendations I’ll be omw to get monoxodil and the eye drops. I’ve always struggled with really red scleras because of allergies and stress to the point I was called out for being high all of high school when I didn’t even do drugs
