Try to thicken brows and get a tan. Try to grow your hair and see how it goes. Try also to dye your hair a little more blondyish

I would say Tan dye ur eyebrows and thicken them and grow bigger lashes using minxodil since u have blue eyes it would make ur eye area pop out more u Slightly have a narrow jaw chew mastic gum to train ur massaters and train neck 2-3x a week it would make ur jaw pop out more and eye area more and style ur curls better
