soft tissue growth on hgh

Im kinda high inhib about getting a way bigger nose while bekng on hgh (for bonemass) but i feel llike james didnt experience it
is it just genetics on what grows first or how much it does?

Most of the time the nose growth is water retention and will go away after
If your plates are open you wont get tissue growth
If closed you wont have tissue growth if you are lucky also, or run lower dosage
Anyway tissue growth rarely happens and almost impossible if you dont go over 8iu
