Its should be water, people praising ostetomies are most of the time just retards. The less invasive the better allways.

Implants you can remove with relative ease. It doesnt have so long recovery time. You dont risk uneven bone healing and irrelgularties in the same way with implants. Also people saying its your own bone is just stupid, the only thing is infection risk but thats relatively low either way, and at worst u just remove, and infection risk is the same with osteotomies either way since you have titanium holding it together.

But fillers and soft tissue surgeries that are less invasive should allways be highest on the list and will have a greater return allways

The greater the wound the greater the scar, and surgery is a wound inside, the deeper u go the greater the scar will be. The further away from the orginal u will be. Thats why you end up uncanny if you do to much, because you are broken peace of meat

i think its always worth to give a shot for filler before implants

I opted out of getting cheek implants, because the likliness of it being a good result (outlier) was so unlikely for the cost

Genio is overrated as hell overall, but yea if you truly need osteotomies then there is no way around it
hows genio overrated?:feelscry:, wasnt one of the best surgeries?:feelscry::feelscry::feelscry:

Its easier then people realize to fuck up, people think its giga eazy when its botched kinda reguraly, but thats true for all surgeries

What procedures
Its all theoretical supposedly midface lift; i think thats very bad ROI as lifts can easily make you look uncanny valley

there is def more too it, also dont judge face lifts etc on old people that have excess skin that makes this very tight look. Also this relaxes after a year which is both a negativr and postive thing

Face metrics is that you?

Soft tissue surgerys are also way harder to correct though.

Have u seen amy good result from any procedure to actually warrant stuff?
Yes, BSSO, fat graft, filler, eye surgeries, otoplasty is pretty self explanatory too. BFR maybe, im yet to be convinced

Should we be able to afford the revision of a surgery, before ever getting it

OR just say fuck it and get it the moment u get some emergency funds and the surgery funds itself?

what is ur advice regarding planning?

i know u r not asking me lol but i think ideally of course yes

but it depends on the surgery, like something like a rhinoplasty definitely have the funds for a revision

as opposed to something like fat grafting u could have a better chance of getting away with it
