Also people saying its your own bone is just stupid, the only thing is infection risk but thats relatively low either way, and at worst u just remove, and infection risk is the same with osteotomies either way since you have titanium holding it together.

But fillers and soft tissue surgeries that are less invasive should allways be highest on the list and will have a greater return allways

Ngl fillers are like quick ascension, literally best short term softmaxx. i will get gonion filler by the end of this year inspired by this post

i think its always worth to give a shot for filler before implants

there is def more too it, also dont judge face lifts etc on old people that have excess skin that makes this very tight look. Also this relaxes after a year which is both a negativr and postive thing

i know u r not asking me lol but i think ideally of course yes

but it depends on the surgery, like something like a rhinoplasty definitely have the funds for a revision

as opposed to something like fat grafting u could have a better chance of getting away with it
