my mouth is fucked , so im looking advice on
lateral commissuroplasty
upper lip filler or upper lip flip
1st is mouth widthening as my alar is disproportionately wide to my nose and after seeing clavs botched rhino it has fear mongered me into leaving my alar width alone.
2nd is to take emphesis of off my ass philtrum by the upper lip being bigger.
any opinions on alternatives or wether end result is a looks min pls reply
