1) posture
very important for correct general bone development (so facial and not)
mewing: keep your tongue on the roof of your mouth and breathe through your nose, very surface level knowledge but very important
spine posture: your neck posture contributes to wether your sphenoid and jaw stay in place or become misaligned, so if you don’t wanna have a lopsided face maintain correct, straight back and neck posture (no one wants a chronically tilted neck)
2) get muscular
not to the extent of like a bodybuilder, more like a rock climber or a swimmer, so basically with aesthetic proportions
3) get lean
if you’re still in puberty i would aim at around 13/14% to 16/17% bf cause it’s optimal for growth etc.
if your puberty already ended i would aim at like 12/13% bf
4) get tan
mt2 if you’re not predisposed to moles
if you are just get regular sun light
i also recommend carotenoid supplemention such as
beta-carotene: 30mg a day
astaxanthin: 12mg a day
lycopene: 20mg a day
5) hair and grooming
these 2 are a must: castor/rosemary oil on eyebrows and eyelashes, bottom eyelashes included
(i don’t advocate for eyebrow shaping since i deem it feminine and too “well kept” but if you wanna do it it’s your choice)
for the hair on your head if you’re actually balding i would get prescribed oral finasteride (dutasteride for more severe shedding and norwood hairline recessions) and oral minoxidil, if you have thin hair then just minoxidil, micro-needling (1/2mm) and again castor/rosemary oil on the thinning parts of your scalp (massage into the roots, not the actual hair strands) and a shampoo that contains ketoconazole.
optional but i would also go for a light stubble or just a full thick beard depending on what suits you more if you can grow one ofc
6) skin care
now i don’t so skin care myself cause i can’t be fucked (so take this advice with a grain of salt) but i do acknowledge the fact that it’s important
if you have severe acne i would just hop on accutane, if you just have regular breakouts i would recommend ghk-cu
i personally just use grass-fed beef tallow moisturizer and it’s been working fine for me
7) teeth and sclera whitening
to get white teeth without any extreme or expensive procedures i would opt for some random whitening strips off amazon, they work, they’re cheap and they’re reliable.
now for sclera whitening i would use lumify eye drops (i don’t recommend doing it everyday cause it could be harmful to the eyes) and to get a naturally clearer sclera i would keep screen time low, limit blue light exposure (maybe use blue light glasses if you want to ig)
8) diet
keep a clean whole food diet with no vegetables, a lot of meat and fish and some seasonal fruit, which is pretty obvious and optimal for pretty much everything else
i repeat do not eat vegetables, it’s legal poison.
