1) Bone mass can be achieved through diet, improvements are more significant in nutrient deficient individuals.
2) Mewing is not cope it is proper tongue posture for breathing, I guess it is cope in the sense that it won't change bone structure significantly/noticeably.

6) Lots of water flushes out electrolytes and can debloat u obv not as strongly as diuretics but more sustainable and you can more safely dehydrate temporarily (e.g before going out). Your face was probably leaner when dehydrated because you experienced a rebound when you finally started hydrating.
