Im 5'9 125 and 17 if that matters also i havent ever trained my jaw intentionally

its just as similar as microneedling your skin for extra collagen, damage your masseters, blood goes there and whatever that helps it repair>grow bigger
Ah yes, that's why when we go to the gym we hit our biceps so they grow bigger and stronger!

I kind of get the logic of BONEsmashing, Wolff's Law or whatever the fuck, although I still believe it's nonsense without any science/biological backing but that's fine. But bonesmashing your muscles is absolutely retarded, muscles grow through hypertrophic stimulus, NOWHERE IN THAT PROCESSED IS PHYSICAL DAMAGE USEFUL.

There are 3 pillars for hypertrophy: mechanical tension, muscle damage, and metabolic stress. Muscle damage happens when exercise induces tears in the sarcomeres which then have to be repaired, superficial trauma IS NOT THAT. The best you'll get is localized inflammation, which of course, you just hit your face like a dumbass, but inflammation is not growth and will resolve once the area fully heals, with no changes to the muscle.
