Softmax for white teeth

If you want to get whiter teeth what everybody should want, then here are the most simple softmaxxes.(i wont tell you shit like tongue scraper and lysterine bcs thats basic anyway) First of all try using an ultra hard toothbrush, thats made to clear these fake teeth than you can take out. This will help you to get rid of the bullshit on your teeth. Then you should make sure, that your toothpaste has flouride in it. Next simple softmax is to get those teeth whitening strips but dont expect to much out of them. If all this combined with the basics doesnt help you then just get your hands on hydrogen peroxide.

Yes but it shouldnt be your first option since if you do it wrong you can get more damage out of it then advantages

yes, but its not ideal for everyone because of potential risks. hydrogen peroxide acts as a bleaching agent that penetrates enamel to break down stains. studies show that concentrations from 10% to 38% significantly remove stains, so they lighten your teeth. the only thing you need to be careful with is overusing it or using a very high concentration, because it could cause tooth sensitivity, gum irritation or even enamel damage which makes it even worse. for a DIY paste/rinse, use something around 3% to 6% mixed with baking soda, works like a charm.

Doesn't constant use of hydrogen peroxide cause irreversible damage on the enamel? I wouldn't use it, it's better to just go to the dentist or some withening strips

i used both i would always spread out when i used the peroxide tho and i would never use strips and peroxide on the same day im ngl it transformed my teeth within a month and a half not even

just spread out the days you do it never do it two days in a row maybe 1-2 times a week max and use strips it will transform your teeth just never use strips and peroxide in the same day
