I might have wasted time replying to a bot so to not have it be for nothing here's the ultrasoft looksmaxing guide:
-Sleep more and make sure to have clean fresh air in room, tape your mouth before sleeping to avoid apnea, dont look at artificial lightning (screens, lamps etc) one hour before sleeping.
-Eat hard whole meat every day, you should be spending atleast 2 hours of your day chewing meat as that is what human skull was designed to do.
-Do gymnastics to improve posture, perfect posture is standing up straight with relaxed shoulders back (you might need to train abs for this as a strong core prevents bad lower back posture)
-Drink much milk (raw or pasturized whatever you can get) and eat animal organs like liver, these will help with any nutrient defficiencies you have.
-Debloat by cutting down amount of carbs in your diet but dont starve yourself as youre still growing. And drink much water and milk (and animal blood if you dont mind the taste) to avoid waterbloated face
