best softmaxes that at least helped me a lot even though im still chopped but not a sub 5.

1. CARDIO

deffinitely the best thing you can do to not only lose bf% but also debloat + test and hgh production increases and cortisol goes down, also when u do it in nature ur mental health goes up too.

2. DIET

almost 100% sure that without a proper diet ur fucked, if im gonna talk about straight facial softmaxing than cutting out sugar for lowering acne chance and a whole another things is really good until i talk about raw honey or just natural sugars straight from plants for exemp. coconuts,bananas,watermelons etc. cus of the high pottasium intake for debloating, also things like avocado or potatoes are GREAT for pottasium intake.

3. MAKE-UP

this is not a personal helper that i use or ever used, but still a good softmax if youre trying to cover up acne or really better ur face by anything by frauding.

4. BITING THE INSIDE OF YOURE CHEEK

(!! WARNING !! this could potentially make ur face assymetrical) this is done by biting the inside of youre cheeks skin, this could indirectly decrease buccal fat and make ur cheeks potentially hollow, not scientifically/medically proven but this worked for me, maybe cus ive been biting the inside of my cheeks for years since childhood out of stress.
