Can someone give a list of all the best soft maxes to do at 15 ?
 
mainly having a good sleep schedule and eating good food

Mewing and proper mouth posture

Skincare (tret, face cleanser, moisturizer, spf sunscreen)

Physique, lift 4 days a week atleast. If you don't have a job no reason not to lift daily innit

Heightmaxxing, if you don't wanna buy hgh and shit, glucosamine chroniditin, msm, calcium, multimineral, vit D, vit K2

And mk677 is valid at 15 for sure

Train masseters if need be, depends on the face
