chin tucks, contacts or less rounded feminine glasses, try and style your har differently it looks thin in the front the way it is and on the side that spot where your hair doesnt cover your forehead looks bad, also try and build some muscle especially in the chest area

Apply 5% topical minoxidil on your eyebrows daily to thicken & grow them out
Consider dyeing your hair black. Looks good on asian guys
Look into other frames or options for your glasses
Find the right shower & after shower products for your hair because it looks dry / lacks shine & moisture
If your cheeks look puffy because of water retention, diuretics could make a difference but generally arent sustainable. Avoid consuming too much sodium or anything that can lead to water retention
This is optional but fat dissolvers for your buccal and malar fat pads. I was going to tell you to get leaner but you’re already very lean. Again, optional & not reversible. Up to you
