softmaxxes don't feel useful anymore

ive been on minoxidil and fin for a while now
been on tretinoin and azelaic acid
been losing weight
and some other small softmaxxes

but im recessed and these things don't ascend me in a meaningful way
softmaxxing for a while will lead u to this after a while
if ur bones aren't good there is legit no hope for u
