To get a more warm undertone take betacarotene 25k IU.
Lycopene 20-40MG and Astaxanthin 20-30MG
For acne the only thing that will work is Accutane and maybe Tretinotin if you're lucky.
Have a light skincare routine
that your consistent with no harmful stuff.
Tinted bb cream is a life savior.

If you're losing hair I would go with either Finasteride or Dutasteride. (Both Combined Is also Great!)

10-20k steps daily.
3L water minimum daily.
8+ hours of sleep
1 ingredient foods diet.

No sugar or processed foods.

Workout.
I would go for a high frequency low volume workout split. 4-6 reps 2 sets per exercise and train each muscle group 2-3 times a week. Prioritize shoulders, lats, biceps, chest.
