Softmaxxes for nasal folds

Does anyone have softmaxxes to get rid of nasal folds besides leanmaxxing, some say retinol but isn’t it cope ?

bones. leanmaxxing won't do anything for folds if anything they might get worse if you get too lean.

Retinol for nasal folds is cope, if you consider fillers or threads a softmax, I'd go with them. They're only temporary though.
Surgical options are paranasal implants, fat graft or bimax helps (if your maxilla in general is shit)
