Introduction:
This thread will only be about some softmaxxes that I believe work for looks, so no money or statusmaxxing etc. As well as how to do them.
They will be ordered from most well-known to least well-known and will each be given a rating /10.
1. Gym & Diet
Doesn't really need an explanation. Will 100% work if you do it right. Eat right (meat, dairy, fruits, try not to overcook so eat rare-raw). Also, eat organ meats like liver and if you have the access to it, I recommend drinking blood.
Do 2-3 sets per exercise in the gym from 6-15 reps. I recommend a PPL (push, pull, legs) split but some other popular ones include:

- Arnold Split
- Upper, Lower
- Full body every other day
- Bro split
It's important to know that women prefer a more aesthetic, athletic physique compared to what most bodybuilders out there preach today. Some important muscles to train are chest, side delts, and arms. They make you look better and more jacked with or without a t-shirt (side delts with also make your clavicles appear wider).
This is good and all, but also very simple and a lot of people can and do do it.

2. Sleepmaxxing
Doesn't need an explanation either. Sleep well, time your circadian rythm and aim to sleep at least 8-10 hours. This is even more important if your growing or recovering as 50-70% of your HGH is released during sleep in slow-wave sleep. Missing out on sleep can cause less growth and many other side effects which I'm sure all of you know.
Very simple and extremely effective.

3. Debloating
Go on tiktok or just look at another thread.

4. Posture & Resting Expression
You need to have a good resting posture & expression. Posture sets how your body, chest and even frame is presented and your facial expression is also a nice bonus. It's very important that it has to be resting because you're not always going to be able to think about squinting or standing straight. Just think about it 24/7 for some days/weeks and eventually it'll come naturally.
You can obviously make your face looks better by cheekbiting, squinting and mewing. I only recommend the latter 2 out of those as cheekbiting 24/7 will make you look retarded. I also recommend to hold eye contact with people when you're looking at them and if you're similar heights, use posture to make it seem like you're taller and look down on them. Imagine your tied to a rope to the ceiling and have to stand as straight as possible.
This is somewhat effective and I think works pretty well.

5. Eyebrow sculpting & Jawmaxxing
Eyebrows are very important and can define your entire eye area. Clean up stray-hairs, shape them and trim them for symmetry. The first time I trimmed mine it went horribly as I cut an entire half off so be very careful and use tweezers. Your eyebrows should be relatively straight and have a soft bend around the eye but obviously not everyone has that so do something similar.
Jawmaxxing is just simply chewing on food but be careful.
ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE LOW-SET MASSATERS:
Chew on hard foods or gymon both sides equally for symmetry and develop a strong jaw.
Doing this with high-set massaters can make you look bloated and ugly so don't.
Also, do neck exercises in the gym and have good posture which we both previously discussed.
Combining these 2 methods can actually result in progress, I was skeptical at first but they worked for me within only about a few weeks and they came together very, very nicely giving me much better harmony.
This is nice but also takes some effort but if you pull it off its amazing.

6. Orbicularis Oculi & Temporalis Enhancement
Training the Orbicularis Oculi, which is the muscle around your eyes can vastly improve your eye area and give you more hunter-almond shaped eyes which basically mimics the effects of squinting.
You can train the Orbicularis Oculi by strongly blinking and squeezing your eyes and maybe even holding them down with your hands. Do drills and sets of this just like in the gym.
The Temporalis is basically just the cheekbone which you can improve by again, chewing hard stuff but also exercises such as pressing your fingers against them and pushing outward with your jaw.
This one might work but it also might be cope.

Conclusion:
Doing these softmaxxes can vastly improve your looks and I recommend them all except maybe the last one, but you should still try it for yourself.
Also im a retarded tiktokcel so dont take anything too seriously and reply if you disagree with something.
