Im 13 (14 in 3 months) im 171cm dads 181 moms 168

(in the early stages of puberty little stubble moustache and some hair near the area above dih),

looking for advice and dont just fuckin tell me sleep for 8 hours,

Only thing off the lines are peptides my parents would put me up for adoption.

there is nothing u can do to grow taller other than roids during puberty or limb lengthening, don’t believe any other cope ppl try and sell u,
Try and eat healthy as possible, get exercise and go to the gym
