I need advice for softmaxxing and other flaws in my face. I'm 5'9 thinking about taking sermorelin for height.

My upper lip is also a bit too small and my right ear is really asymmetrical. I'll get otoplasty for that in 2 weeks

just debloat. Tiktok is full with info on that. Your face is fine besides that.

you are too good looking to be even considering any hardmaxes.

your face will be much more angular after debloating and maybe slightly cutting to under 12% bf if not already.

Your face itself is pretty harmonious and a lot of girls will think you are good looking so i wouldn’t risk butchering myself with surgery.

If anything only non invasive surgery like nose shape adjustments ( your nose is perfectly fine btw this is just an example of non invasive )

depends on your age and height. usually it works best around age 10 but technically it could give slight results until your growth plates fuse. So if you are too old then no. So if you are older than 18, no.

If you are above 6ft also don’t bother since it can also have side effects.

at 15 you could hop on hgh with some results. it’s not guaranteed to make you 6ft+ but it if there is any growth left then it will be maximized that way.
